Meet our Sales Team!
Our Sales Team would love to sit down for a cup of coffee with you and learn more about the needs of you and your family. We will provide you with all of the information that you need to move forward with your home building journey! In this meeting, you will be provided with any pricing, standard and included features and any additional neighborhood specific information. They would also love to guide you through any Build On Your Own Lot information you need as well!
Where do I build my Home?
With several neighborhoods that we are currently building in having readily available lots, we are able to provide you with information on the perfect location for your family. With an in-house drafting team, you can pick your lot, your plan and get ready to break ground on your new home!
Financing? We have you covered!
If you are in need of a Pre-Approval for your new home, ask us about our “Reece Homes Award Program.” We would be delighted to help guide you through this process as well.
Home Sweet Home!
Once you have selected your lot and your plan, you will sign a “Lot Reservation” with your Sales Counselor. Your “Lot Reservation” will consist of making a small deposit to enter our pre-construction process and will also go towards the down payment of your home.
You’re Ready For The Design Studio!
After you have signed your “Lot Reservation,” you will hear from one of our fantastic Designers to schedule your selections appointment. You will be in awe of the knowledge that has been cultivated through years of experience. They will guide you through every step of the way in designing your dream home, providing numerous options in every aspect of your home.
You’re Officially Under Contract!
Now that you have picked your dream home location, plan and made all of your selections, it is now time to sign your contract! Once this is signed, the construction process will be underway! You will receive updates from your Sales Counselor throughout the process to make sure that you are continuously kept in the loop throughout the duration of your build.
